Pre-Care Instructions
- Detox your body 24-48 hours prior to appointment
- Avoid heavy meals 24hrs before appointment
- Do not eat 2hrs before your appointment
- Drink water!!! It's important to drink 1 liter prior to your appointment
- Avoid caffeine and carbonated drinks
- Zero alcohol with 48hrs of appointment
- Please come dry skin/free of any products
- Wear comfortable clothing
After Care Instructions
- Drink water (yes, still) 1.5 Liters-2 Liters a few days after. Stay Hydrated.
- Apply ice pack/cold compress for 15 minutes every hour for any potential swelling
- No downtime, you can return to work.
- Wear loose clothing for the next 2 days after each session
- Avoid hot baths/showers for the first 48hrs after each treatment
- Over the next 2 weeks avoid hot saunas
- If treated area is to be exposed to the sun you are able to use SPF30 sunscreen on the area
- Avoid alcohol and caffeine
- Continue to use arnica cream or A+D ointment 3-4x a day over the next 2-3 days
- Avoid use of any other creams or lotions on the treated area for 48hrs
- Do not perform any strenuous exercise at least 48hrs after
- Bruising may last for 10 days or more after each session

Eclipse is a Great place to get a massage, chill in the sauna, or get a vitamin shot. I did the lipo-lean shots last year and that was my best year ever. I got the best massage ever here. I came in with lower back pain. This place is a bit pricey, $140/hr, but I think it's worth every penny. The place has proper lockers room, shower, bath robe, and slippers. The waiting lounge is nice with a bar which also offers free drinks while waiting. But more importantly, the masseuse was very professional. After explaining to her my issues with the lower back and headache, she was able to pin down the trouble areas and got the kinks out. Overall, I felt much better after the visit. The pain was almost completely gone. Definitely will come back
