
Cancellations:
We require a 12 hour cancellation notice for all gift card services. Failure to cancel will result in full charges for services scheduled.
Appointments:
All appointments will require reservation with a credit card number. We require at least 4 hr. cancellation notice otherwise 25% of service scheduled will be charged. If you are a "no call/ no show" we will charge 50% of service scheduled. .
Late Arrivals:
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service time and will be responsible for the full service fees. To insure that you receive the full length of your services, we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.
Cell Phones & Pagers:
To ensure a more relaxing experience, we suggest that all cell phones and pagers be turned off or muted during the service.
Parties:
We require a cc # to hold all party reservations. Any cancellations of any service must be made within 12 hours of party or 50% off service is charged for that amount on the reserving cc.
Attire:
You will receive a robe & slippers to wear between treatments and a locker for your personal belongings. Please shower prior to any spa service.
Payment & Gratuities:
In addition to cash, we also accept Visa, MC, Discover,& Debit cards. All prices subject to change and gratuities are not included (20% is customary and cash is preferred).
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates may be redeemed for services or products. Please advise us that you have a Gift Certificate when making your appointment. Gift Certificates must be presented at time of appointment and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash value and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
